Speaker: Kyla Martin
As a recent 2021 ATDBR Virtual Conference breakout speaker, Kyla is back by popular demand! Kyla Martin has had the opportunity to live in NY, MI, CT, MN, NJ, MA, and RI through her personal, professional, and academic journey. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics, a M.S. in College Student Development, and a graduate certificate in Restorative Practices. Her primary work experiences include identity-based leadership development, intercultural engagement, and violence prevention at institutions of higher education. Kyla currently resides in Baton Rouge, LA and is pursuing a doctorate in Leadership and Human Resource Development at LSU. She currently works as the Graduate Assistant of the LSU Women’s Center and sits on the University Council on Gender Equity (UCGE).
