- Think classic - well-fitting and in a dark color such as navy or gray
- Avoid bold, distracting patterns and tight, grid-like or herringbone patterns

Stephen Estrada
Stephen Estrada is the Banker Development Program Manager for Hancock and Whitney Bank. Currently, he is developing and testing curriculum for a new campus recruitment initiative, in which hired associates will learn and train over a 9-month period to serve in key job functions throughout the bank’s 5-state footprint.
Previously, he served as Director of Professional Education and Global Business Curriculum for Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business.
He is very active in the Episcopal Church and serves as Senior Warden at St. Anna’s Church in New Orleans. He is a graduate of St. Joseph Seminary College and Tulane University.
