How confident are you that you aren't violating any laws in your talent development practices?  Are you sure you have the right to use that graphic you found on the internet?  Is it okay to use a test as a condition of employment?  Do your employees have equal and fair access to training and development opportunities?

Join us on October 29th to explore these and other legal issues associated with the learning profession.  Brooke Duncan III, partner and senior member of the Labor and Employment Team at Adams and Reese, will lead this dynamic and interactive session on these important topics:

  • Copyright/Trademark
  • Confidentiality
  • Equal Opportunity
  • Accommodations
  • Testing
  • Diversity

Registration, Food and Networking 5:30 – 6:00 p.m.

Learning Session is from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Brooke Duncan joined Adams and Reese in 1992 and is a senior member of the Labor and Employment team. Hired to build the labor and employment practice of the firm, Brooke helped it grow into the 30-plus lawyer team practicing in that area today.

Focusing his practice on labor and employment law, Brooke works exclusively on behalf of employers and has experience in union avoidance and union relations. He represents employers in many fields including universities, hospitals, trucking companies, shipyards, restaurants; convention and trade show contractors, manufacturers, insurance brokers, and nonprofit organizations. Brooke is a problem-solver for his clients. He demystifies the law so that clients can use the law as a tool to carry out their objectives and further their goals.
