Debbie Richards, president of Creative Interactive Ideas, has over 25 years of experience developing eLearning solutions, applications and web platforms. She has honed her skills as an instructional designer/developer while serving as a consultant and advisor, designing and developing a wide variety of training deliverables. Debbie was named one of the most influential people in corporate eLearning for 2016. She is honored to be one of 38 global eLearning professionals awarded based on willingness to share knowledge (peer-to-peer learning) – not just opinions or selling products, publishing case studies and research on how to achieve improved outcomes, and innovation.
