People's attention spans are shrinking, distractions abound, and work schedules are busier. Learners don’t always have time for that two-hour training, and we know that this isn’t always the best learning solution. Why not try providing learners with just-a snack? Mike Frederick
Mike is a Senior Instructional Designer for a major national insurance carrier and consultant for all other industries. Mike has worked in the adult learning industry for over 18 years; first as a field trainer, then as an instructional designer for the last nine years. He holds and maintains the Association for Talent Development’s (ATD’s) CPLP designation (obtained in 2008). He also holds the insurance industry’s Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Mike specializes in combining elearning and mobile learning initiatives into WeLearning – mixing electronic content with social collaboration into blended learning experiences using multiple delivery media.
