Bio
Christa has been in banking for 23 years and 16 of those years have been focused on the specialized training needs of bankers including change management, performance management, credit analysis, sales skills, coaching, and navigation of various systems ranging from Salesforce to proprietary bank systems. She has been with Hancock Whitney Bank for 10 years and currently manages a team of 12 responsible for the learning delivery for retail, commercial, wealth and contact center associates.
Prior to joining Hancock Whitney, Christa was with Capital One Bank for 13 years where her career began in Treasury Management in 1998 before transitioning to learning and development in 2005.
She resides in a suburb of New Orleans with her family.
