Event Details
If 2020 was a difficult year for your visions and goals – personal and professional – you’re not alone. So many of us arrived at 2021 without a sense of how to recover 2020’s losses, let alone create a vision and goals for the new year.
If this resonates with you, join us on Tuesday, March 30th from 9-11am for Get Inspired! Virtual Vision Board Workshop hosted by Mariel Ilardi of Haven Coaching.
We'll interact, do some visualization together, and craft the perfect Vision Boards together. You'll emerge with a beautiful and motivational physical or digital collage.
You might also benefit from creating a 2021 Vision Board if you:
· feel stuck and need help finding direction and motivation in any area of your life⠀
· feel like you're reacting instead of proactively creating the life you want⠀
· want clarity around your core values and "non-negotiables"⠀
FAQs about this event:
1. What is a Vision Board, and why should I want to make one?
A vision board is a collage of images, words, and representations of your personal goals. Your vision board perfectly represents who you want to be and what you want to focus on in 2021.
While New Years' resolutions are great, they tend to focus more on results vs. on how accomplishing your goals will make you FEEL. They're transactional and output-focused: lose X pounds, get that promotion, take a tropical vacation. In contrast, a vision board helps you connect your goals to your core values -- who you want to be, and, most importantly, how you want to feel along the way.
2. Do I need to prepare and/or bring anything to the workshop?

Who is Mariel Ilardi?
Mariel Ilardi is the CEO and lead coach of Haven Coaching, an executive coaching firm that helps high achievers love what they do. Through proven scientific assessments, 1-on-1 coaching and a goal-based approach, she helps executives find purpose, meaning and joy in their work and lives.
Mariel is a former Wall Street and Amazon executive who led 50+ person teams and managed $1 billion+ portfolios. As a high achiever, Mariel prided herself in making market-changing decisions daily and collecting achievements, including Ivy League degrees from Harvard and The Wharton School. They were all the “right” milestones externally, and they seemed to fulfill Mariel internally for many years, until one day… she began to tune into what she genuinely wanted.
Mariel’s soul has always had a calling – to serve others through coaching. This shone through in every one of her roles, as much as those roles would allow. But after many years on this “traditional” path, Mariel realized it was diverging from what truly fulfilled her — developing others.
After a long process of self-discovery, Mariel made the leap to leave Amazon and pursue her soul’s calling full time. Today, Mariel coaches other high-achieving executives to discover their own purpose and find joy in their work and life.
Sometimes change comes from transforming your external situation. But the deepest changes always come from within. Haven Coaching helps you discover what’s true for you so you can love what you do.
And yes, Mariel absolutely LOVES what she does today.
