Neuro-Linguistic Programming in Learning
One of the most important responsibilities of any instructor is to help learners access and use their best states of mind for learning new material and skills. Instructors must also be able to use their own best states for presenting new things in a way that matches the needs and learning styles of their trainees. Doing this well naturally enhances and maintains the rapport between instructors and their students, in any learning context. Combining states of mind and sensory processing is what creates new learning that can be carried into the future. These are basic skills that gifted trainers manage naturally, but most others have to learn. Fortunately, they can be understood, taught and used easily once trainers know how states of mind work, and relate to sensory processes. These are core elements of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). This presentation will be fast moving, active, informative and fun.
