 This one-day workshop introduces the concept of ROI, the fastest growing metric for evaluating HR, Learning and Talent Development.  Participants are exposed to the ROI Methodology, which includes developing objectives, collecting data, isolating the effects of the program, converting data to monetary values, tabulating appropriate program costs, and calculating the ROI. Participants quickly see the advantage of using ROI as six types of data are collected and analyzed. This workshop takes the mystery out of the use of ROI.

Presenter Bio:  
Dr. Patti Phillips is president & CEO of the ROI Institute and a recognized expert in measurement and evaluation. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, federal and state government agencies, and non-governmental organizations. She serves as faculty for the UN System Staff College in Turin, Italy, where she teaches the ROI Methodology and Measurement for Results-Based Management. She also serves as Professor of Practice for The University of Southern Mississippi's Ph.D. in Human Capital Development program, as Principal Research Fellow at The Conference Board, and on the board of the Center for Talent Reporting. Patti is author, co-author, or editor of numerous books and articles on the topic of measurement, evaluation, and ROI.
