Do you facilitate employee orientation sessions, training events, or meetings in a virtual environment?  If so, have you ever had that lonely, sinking feeling that nobody was paying attention?  Ever felt like asking, "Hello... is anybody out there?  Hey... is this thing on?"

In today's remote and extremely busy work environments, webinars and other virtual delivery channels provide a convenient and cost-effective way to conduct business virtually.  But, are your sessions effective - do they even make a difference?  The hard truth is they are not effective if your participants are multi-tasking or otherwise not engaged in the session.

Attend this 1-day workshop to make your sessions and meetings more effective.  This is an interactive, hands-on workshop where you will learn how to design and deliver engaging sessions to meet your business objectives. Bring your own laptop to apply your new skills during the workshop!

Learn how to:
  • Determine what objectives can be achieved in a virtual environment
  • Use the Top 5 Strategies for Virtual Effectiveness
    (presented by Bob Pike)

  • Design an engaging virtual experience
  • Prepare participants to participate
  • Apply adult learning theory to the virtual environment
  • Use interactive tools to ensure participation (whiteboards, polls, chat, breakout rooms, etc.)
  • Apply graphic and visual design principles
If a webinar took place this morning, but nobody paid attention... did the webinar really happen?
