“ATD Research recently embarked on its first truly global assessment of talent development outlooks, resources, and practices. ATD research manager Maria Ho will be presenting some important findings, themes, and recommendations from this research. By looking at key metrics by global regions, this webcast will aid learning and development professionals in benchmarking their practices against those of their peers in their own region and tailoring training offerings to each region’s unique learning environment. Among the topics explored from a global perspective will be the influences, challenges, and outlooks that shape the decisions of organizational learning functions, the size and role of learning departments, budgets for training, and hours and content of training.”
