Why are Subject Matter Experts so difficult to work with? Why don’t they take the advice of learning professionals for learning-related matters? How can we get them to give us the feedback we need, on time? How can I keep them from changing their minds or adding to the project scope when it’s too late?
Dick Handshaw will address these questions and more during this special 1 ½ hour session on working with SMEs. His answers come from several sources – including project management processes, performance consultant skills and years of research and experience.
Register today to learn how to implement a process for managing SME expectations, eliciting better collaboration, and achieving consensus for learning solutions.
