Bio
Kelli leads the New Orleans Morial Convention Center’s customer care and employee engagement program, SPICE, and develops the talent within the building. She is tasked with implementing new and innovative ways to educate and engage the building's 500+ employees and to develop, coach, and motivate the team.
Prior to her work at the Center, she served in multiple training capacities for international restaurant groups, a university, and a public school system. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and her graduate work focused on nonverbal communication and rhetorical studies.
Kelli is an avid reader, active foster/adoptive parent, crafter, and home improvement enthusiast. She lives in the New Orleans area with her handsome husband and together they parent 3 dogs, 6 cats, two precious little boys and one adorable little girl.
