For those that attended the January kick-off meeting “You can’t drink Water from an Empty Well” we set goals and now it is time to check-in. If you’re squirming as you read this, don’t worry. Chuck Blohowiak is going to teach us strategies to “unhook” those life barriers that stop you from being the best you! As talent management professionals, we often spend so much time focused on other people's development that we neglect our own. The ATD Nola Chapter is committed to not letting that happen in 2016! In this session we will:

  • Summarize key points discussed in January’s event
  • Reveal those “hooks” that keep us from achieving our goals and determine how to break those barriers
  • Assign an Accountability Partner to check-in with throughout the year to stay on those goals
  •

Note: If you didn't have a chance to join us in January, newcomers are welcome to attend! We will catch you up, and get you on track to setting and achieving your goals!

We will be raffling off the book:

The Power To Get Things Done: (Whether You Feel Like It or Not) by Steve Levinson

Your ATD NOLA Chapter is excited to bring you these Lagniappe Sessions - informal gatherings for professionals with a passion for the field of Learning, Education and Training. Participants will exchange ideas on the research and practices that shape the workforce development field. There is no fee for members to attend and only $10 for non members . Participants may choose to purchase food and drink directly from the location vendor.
